Measurements are the front chest taken from underarm to underarm with the garment lying flat x length and can vary +/- 2.5cm,

You don't have a tape measure?

So a couple of things that could help is:

Measuring an existing Hoodie, Tee, Singlet etc that you know already fits you with -

a Measuring App on your phone - There is One that you point it at the clothing item and drag it from one point to another (so go from underarm to underarm as per how the clothing on here is measured) and it will tell you the measurement! 

or

- get familiar with the measurement of your own hand span ( the tip of your thumb to the tip of your little finger stretched outwards - measure it in cm's somewhere once, write it down) and roughly measure out how many hand spans from underarm to underarm and x's it by your hand span measurement.

or

 or an account received in the mail is often A4 size with its longest side being just over 29.5 cm and you can use that to get a rough idea.
