So the team at Jessie Rose have come up with an exchange offer that we know will make you feel more at ease when ordering.
Although each item has it's own size guide for you to check, we know there is that occasional time when your order arrives and it doesn't fit quite right...

You can return to us at The Jessie Rose Boutique in Whangarei and you will be sent an e-voucher to the replacement value of your item for your re-order.

Yes, there is always terms and conditions unfortunately.
As your item that you are returning will become a physical item for sale in our Boutique store in Whangarei, it does need to be sent to us in the new condition you received it in.
You need to contact us at Jessie Rose Boutique within 2 days of receiving your order letting us know you need a size exchange and will be sending us your item.
When we have received your item and satisfied with the condition it arrives in, you will then be sent an e-voucher.
New Zealand customers only
*Size difference is generally the width of the item. Sleeves and lengths do not vary much. Your size exchange will more than likley be because the width fit is not right.
Often a good guide is to find your favourite Tee or Hoodie and measure that against the item size guide.
And if you live local, you are more than welcome to come into the Jessie Rose Boutique and try on the sizes we have, to then order online when it suits you.
